If there is a lower rate available for the same dates and the same hotel or self catering accommodation rental, you must contact us within 24 hours of booking your Prepaid hotel and self catering accommodation reservation. We will either refund you the difference between the rates or cancel the reservations without penalty. The uknetguide Best Price Guarantee only applies to prepaid hotel (e-special rate) and self catering accommodation rental. What are the requirements for claiming against the uknetguide Best Price Guarantee?
- You must have already booked a prepaid hotel with uknetguide.
- The completed uknetguide Best Price Guarantee form must be submitted within 24 hours of your uknetguide booking being confirmed.
- The lower rate must be available for a booking with identical specifications of your original reservation (eg. same hotel, same date of travel, same name of hotel, same names of passengers travelling, accommodation type, board basis, total cost of booking, date of quote).
If I am able to confirm a lower rate, how do I contact you?

How is my credit issued?
- Credit is issued directly to the credit card provided at the time of booking with uknetguide. The credit will usually appear on your statement within 7-10 business days.
